Our technical service personnel are certified by these leading manufacturers of mobility equipment and we stock an extensive inventory of replacement parts to keep your down time to a minimum. In many instances, repair parts not in stock can be ordered for overnight delivery.

All new New England Wheels mobility conversions come with free scheduled mobility lift maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first. At each six month interval during this period, New England Wheels will inspect, clean, and lubricate the vehicle lift to ensure that it remains trouble free and in service on the road where it belongs. Our free five point inspection includes: checking fluid levels, power cables, actuator switches, end point adjustments, pistons, and routine cleaning of salt and sand that may accumulate in the lift area. Today’s NHTSA (National Highway Transportation Safety Association) 403/404 wheelchair lifts contain sophisticated electronic components beyond those of their more mechanically oriented predecessors and should be routinely inspected to ensure a life of trouble free performance.
